As a parent/carer of a child at our school you are automatically a member of the PTA and your help is crucial in bringing our community together and keeping up our fundraising efforts.

The aim of the PTA is to encourage closer links between parents/carers, teachers and children and it also provides extra funds for a range of additional resources and to subsidise activities.

We aim to meet (virtually via zoom or in person) once every 4-6 weeks dependant on upcoming events. We are always in need of willing helpers and support, there are plenty of things you can do – you can contribute as much or as little as it suits you – attend a meeting or help at events.

The current committee is made up of Liz Moran (Chair) and Becca Shewry (Treasurer). We do also have many other wonderful non-committee members.

The next Book Swap & Uniform Exchange will take place on Friday 6th February, 3pm in the school hall.

Please do come along to browse the tables of books and the rails of clothing. Donations of both are also being accepted.

We always need help setting up the tables and/or manning them, if you have even 10 minutes to spare it would be greatly appreciated. We will be serving pancakes to the children during the morning of Tuesday 24th February. £1 per child. Please note this event can not go ahead if we don’t have enough volunteer helpers.

School Lottery

We now have Your School Lottery where our children benefit regardless of who wins. Every penny of school profit raised goes straight back to the school. You can sign up for as long you’d like, at £1 a ticket per week. There is a guaranteed cash winner for our school every week and the chance to win the £25,000 jackpot. Uniform Exchange

We now have a great system in place for exchanging uniforms that no longer fit your child. Simply bring your item of clothing along on our Sale Day and swap your outgrown uniform for a bigger sized item. You can also pick up more clothing – we have a recommended donation of 50p per item. We aim to have an exchange and sale once a term. If you have any items of uniform (including coats and shoes) you’d like to donate, please leave them in the Uniform Exchange bin in reception or bring them along on sale day to handover.
