Music is a unique and powerful way of communicating that can inspire and motivate children. It is a vehicle for personal expression and plays an important part in helping children to feel part of our community. We provide opportunities for all children to create, play, perform and enjoy music.

All of our children in year 4 and 5 have weekly ukele lessons with the County music service.

Some of our children are members of Yarnton Brass Band, they can be contacted at: www.yarnton-band.org.uk

Through the County Music service we are able to offer instrumental lessons for recorder, violin, guitar, keyboards brass, clarinet and drums.

We follow the scheme Cheranga to plan and teach our music lessons in school.
